Imagine that . One of the many reasons this convention was a flop. If you're going to have a hard time getting 20 people dedicated for the southeast, imagine what a major roadcourse will require?

yeah, I based my assumption that it would never happen on what happened here
Im not registered in fact I was going to register last week and I was told to hold on for a week. However if there's anything going on that weekend I would still love to attend.
Im down to throw a big meet together with some of the people on here. I know the DEEP meets always have a lot of people so i dont see why we cant all get together and do something

Need to find a venue where we don't have to pay out all kinds of money to track our cars. Track days are fun and all but it'd be nice to just find a huge parking lot where everybody can take a walk and check out other cars. I feel like this convention was based mainly on the road course anyways...which isn't everyone's cup of tea. It needs to be set up so that if you want to go...you go. If you don't then you don't have to. Registering ahead of time is nice for the planners, but not realistic. I'm sure that there are plenty of people around here that were planning on going but never registered. It's hard to know what's going on that far in advance. I thought this thing was going to be nissan wide anyways?? I may have missed something in translation but I don't feel that it was all the "registrants" fault. May have had something to do with the planning, communication and advertising for it.
Hate to step on toes but I disagree that this is the "end of conventions" just because it didn't happen this year. There are lots of ways that this could have been handled better...but good try. Let the deep boys handle it.
