Thread: The OFFICIAL 2011 Nissan/Infiniti/Datsun National Convention

IIRC, registration closes on 24 July. Early bird registration is over, and prices will continue to rise with the date getting closer.

I had planned on reviewing the people who had registered in greater detail today. Hopefully tomorrow.

Registration was supposed to go through late July but I am going to change that this weekend.

Ok, here are the names/numbers:

Attendance: 20 (technically everyone was supposed to be paying this fee since it was going to infopacks, nametags, administrative, etc)

Meet & Greet : 14 (this number SHOULD only be 3. As I looked at the numbers, I had intended for people attending the track day to not have to pay for this... I was intending this for only people who were coming to the Meet & Greet but hadn't registered for the track. I wanted to make sure I was covered because I was going to order pizza or something so I didn't want people just showing up and eating the pizza without getting reimbursed somehow)

Track : 24 (5 of which are instructors who typically do not pay with NASA... we get free track time as a benefit for donating our time to instruct)

Picnic: 13

Carshow: 10

Think when I registered, I chose the car show in error. I'd much rather have the picnic.

im going to register today as soon as I get home from work. Now im not sure if im going to sign up for the hpde and not sure if im going to join the car show. As far as attending I will be there.

I can't just "put you down" If I "put down" everyone that has SAID that they will be in attendance, I'd have over 100 attendees and be VERY CLEARLY in the black and ahead of the game right now. You need to register

Sad that you have to deal with so many flakes. Still hoping that more people will start putting money where their mouth is, but they are waiting too long.
