Nope, no balcony. Free breakfast though . Hell the parking lot and common areas will be used more than anything else, anyway! I'll be giving rides in the scoob to anyone that wants to feel how slow they actually are. A DE with bolt-ons and in good health would give it a hurting!

Anybody remember about when the track day ends? I'd really like to leave around 4pm to get to the drag races when they open.

Okay folks, going to update the first post:

We have 30 rooms space blocked. 22 of these rooms are double/Queen. 8 are King.

Check in for the group block is 4 August, 2011. Check out for the group block is 7 August, 2011. If you plan on staying an additional night, you need to inform the hotel staff and see if they can cut you a break for the additional nights' stay.

The rates are as follows:

$89/night, regardless of single/double room. Additional persons in room are $10.00/night. Meaning, if you call and confirm a reservation for one double room, and you're the cardholder, anyone else you wish to split the room with will increase the nightly cost by $10. Keep in mind that maximum occupancy is 4 persons for double rooms, and two persons for single/king rooms.

Hotel state and local taxes seem to be included, but to caveat the combined rate is 15% per night.

Your cutoff to confirm reservations under group code "SERCA" is 4 July, 2011.

You will need to contact the Holiday Inn Express directly @ 856-293-8888 to confirm your reservation. Please be sure to mention the above group code for a guaranteed room rate.

Check in times are at 3:00PM. Check out times are by 11:00AM. If you have special requirements that will force you into checking out beyond 11:00AM, you will need to contact myself, or the Hotel Front Desk Manager (after you have registered for your room). You may or may not be charged for late checkout.

There is ample parking available at the facility. There will be free hot breakfast in the mornings, and there is an indoor pool and gym should you fitness nazis rather work out than work your car out.

Any questions pertaining to the above can be directed to me via e-mail (hotel@nissan-infiniti.us) or by PM/E-mail through this forum.

Thanks,

Cliff

PS - GO GET REGISTERED! Now those of you complaining about not knowing hotel accommodations can stop bitching, and register for the convention as well as the hotel.

dont call them now... They dont have anything ready for us yet. I just tried to reserve a room and they told me to call back on monday. They said sometimes between the sales and reservations dept depending on when it is entered into the system it takes a day or 2 to get into the computer.

May want to add the hotel address

is this it?

398 SMITH STREET VINELAND, NEW JERSEY 08360

if so how is this a group rate? I was able to reserve a room online for $85.00 ($80 if you prepay) a night for a double queen room and It was good for 4 people per room at no extra charge. Am I missing something here?
