So how many are registered so far...just curious.

My problem is that being self employed,I wont really know if I can go till close to the last minute.
I will register for sure eif I know I can get my money back if I cant make it.

I couldnt make the last track event I preregistered for and lost my money....although that was the least of my worries at the time.
Fucking car got stolen 3 days prior to the event

I can't speak on behalf of the convention team, as I am not part of the staff. I'm only doing what I can to help.

I also cannot speak on behalf of the event staff with regards to refunds. I know there is information listed on the registration website in that respect. I haven't bothered to read it because I don't intend to miss the event. If the event is cancelled, I'm sure the money would be returned (or at least a portion of that money).

There is a refund policy up on the site, yes.

In the (more likely) event that we "cancel" I'll be contacting everyone individually to discuss options. If I "cancel" on you, yes, I'll offer you back a full refund if that's what you want. There is still an HPDE weekend that weekend at that track through NASA and I will also offer to move people over to Saturday or Sunday if they'd like. We're not going to completely cancel the event but it may be scaled back to the point of being a bunch of Nissans getting together at a NASA event and having a good time

Kieran - I, and anyone else who has put their money up, would love to see a listing here of who has paid. It's time to separate the men from the boys. Anyone who has ever tried to pull something like this off gets really tired of everyone's bs excuses for not registering. I know I did.

MAN UP!!!!

Check the website Joe. For the most part it's only outdated by a week. I paid for track day just the other day, and registered 2-3 weeks ago. That should give you an idea.

Hotel info should be known by the end of the week. Got a response from the sales director that is working several angles. Either HIE in AC, near the track, or staybridge in Philly.

I'm not gonna go and see like 10 people when this was suppose to be a CONVENTION not a MEET. No offense, just sounded like this one was suppose to be huge.

there is more then 30 cars coming out of ct and ny so i know you wont be dissapointed there.

hell the sr20deep meets in CT draw more then 20 cars almost every single time.

I for one wont be doing the track day just because I will be too damn drunk to drive or wake up for it and if ShawnB is baking some of them brownies i know damn well you dont want me on the track

Joe, could I grab some space in your crew if neither of my cars are going to make it? I have the time off, I just don't know if I can trust my POS' to get me there and run on track, so I don't know if I should register.

I can at least buy some raffle tickets now if its any help....
