LOL at a Cali convention

It was in Vegas on the West Coast and only a handful of the real die hards showed up. Almost killed off the convention, and I imagine stressed Leslie about to death. Fly to the East coast next year and join in the excitement.

I think that had a lot to do with how the convention was marketed and planned out.

I don't think conventions will or should be on the west coast anymore after the vegas one. East coast makes more sense.

yup, almost no one from cali showed and it was probably the lowest attended convention. Vegas was a good time though!

I think if the Vegas Convention was set in Spring & not in Fall that it would have been a better turn-out. Spring & Fall is pretty much the same weather but less windy since the Santa Ana Winds are at their strongest in the Fall Season. Then again I'd imagine renting the track out in the fall might have been a bit cheaper in price than in the spring.

Btw, cant wait for 2011, already got 2 piggie banks going for my trip.

I hear pocono is kinda sketch with no barriers in the infield to keep cars on track from crashing into cars parked waiting their turn. My vote would go to NJMP. I hear NJMP is a fun track.

That is only on one of the infield courses. That was not the case when we drove Pocono 4 years ago.
