Sorry to hear man. When we were pushing your car, I kept thinking that hopefully VE didn't take the hit. I have never seen a VE in person and that is one pretty ride.

The ve didn't take the hit, it gave the hit to a poor tranny

I really don't think it was the motors fault. My best guess is during my launch the car had to much wheel hop and with the solid mounts the tranny crack around the area of the shift linkage. Not much I can do now, I am off to my football game and will not be able to look at the car tell sunday afternoon.

So it's the front Bell alone that's destroyed?

the front bellhousing is the only thing that is cracked. Pics coming soon once photobucket gets them uploaded.

So sorry to hear. I cracked my transmission case while trying to hold it in 2nd as it kept popping out over dirt. (old worn mounts)
