Here's my report:
We arrived Thursday night and met a bunch of cool people. Had drinks at the manager's reception and then to dinner and had a great time
Friday at the track we had a lot of fun. We left early because it was HOT, we were TIRED, and we knew we had all day Saturday for more track time. Went out for dinner and had a blast getting JUST drunk enough to have a lot of fun but not so much that we had a hangover the next day
Saturday we slept in and then went to the track and ran most of the afternoon. Saturday night we went out for dinner and drinks again and had fun in downtown Omaha. It was surprisingly cool how downtown was. As Rodney said somewhere, the women were not what we were expecting. On par with NYC chicks as that's the best thing I have to compare with.
Sunday the picnic was pretty cool. Some additional cars we hadn't seen all weekend came. Went out to dinner last night with this year's organizers and you all haven't the slightest idea how hard they worked and tried to make Omaha a success. It really is centrally located for driving and flying and we, as a community never really fully got behind them. It's sad.
