Wimp! On a regular track weekend I sometimes have my helmet on for 2+ hours going from student car, back to mine, to another student's car, and so forth. I just recently did a track event where I had my helmet on for an hour and a half and I didn't even have a car there to drive; that was just instructing.

I did that in SoCal years ago with a POS gran prix. I didn't bother rotating the tires at the track because I figured F it. Well, as I was looking for the hotel the night before my flight wandering around the hood, one of the tires blew out. Quickest tire change ever at 2AM with a rottweiler barking at my ear and a guy with a shotgun in the window starting at me. So when I returned the car at 5AM for my flight (not even worth getting a hotel room for 2 hour nap at that point!) and the guy from H*rtz asked me how everything was, I flew off the handle. I asked if they were trying to kill me giving me a car with such a sh*tty alignment. Told him I had a blowout on the highway and nearly wrecked the car. Car had something like 1200 miles on it and the other front tire was BALD. Manager came out and I yelled at him too. I got a coupon for a free rental You can come with us if you want to experience that entertainment but you have to promise to keep a straight face so I don't bust out laughing too
