I looked on Yahoo pics last night and all the Exaaltas i saw were a one piece headlight / corner combo with dual bulbs for high and low. But i think most of those were newer.

Are they really glass?

ahhhh yes... i remember that thread... i actually saved the pictures somewhere on my computer but i cant find them right now... it really isnt hard to do at all... if you know basic wiring, then you're pretty much set.. i remember the thread confused me more than anything, an when i went to install them, it was a breeze...
ok, if you start off with these:

what you're gonna do, is cut off the grey brackets that extend out from behind the headlight.. and you have to go to an auto parts store and buy headlight sockets.. they are basically wiring harnesses for the bulb.... cut your oem ones off an wire those up... simple...
this is how it will look when its cut... the red circles are what you need to cut down, and the blue circle shows the headlight sockets:

this is how the Exalta's looked when i still had the car:

rare color i know
sorry i dont have any better pictures but when i started installing them, i got all worked up and forgot to take pics.. and i no longer have that car.. heh..
anyways, hope this helps a little

^^ I understand your feels just the same. But to be honest with you.. alot of the times its really not that hard.

Now getting and or modding a grill to go with the lights will be an issue for you more than getting the lights installed.
