Other than performance the ride quality of the cars is different. With the low pro tires you feel more (every) bump's.

Oh, I 100% know where you are coming from. But I have to take into account that 17s are as small as I can go with the spec V brembos up front. I, unfourtunatly, am forced to look to the best 17" rim from me, which I found a good 8" wide one which weighs on 14.5 and looks pretty to me. I can still fit a 45 on it and everything works out prefect. I know 15s are the rockstar rim, I was just pointing out the options because he was looking for larger rims in the begining.

But it also boils down to every one of us will prefer a diffrent setup. I would never throw a 18" rim on my car. I like 17s: they allow the huge brembo setup I have and work well with the turbo application I am using. For what I use and have it works out great, in my opinion.

I put 18's on mine........3 studs snaped of in less then a week. Went back to my 16's.

use a 15 inch wheel with 225-50-15
