eBay stuff: any of you guys have experience with these headlights/corners?

$164.99 for both pairs of headlights and corners seems too good to be true. Junk? My 98 SE-R is black and I think these black housing once could look nice:
Wanted to know first if anyone else had these before bothering with them if they're that cheap junk though that break easily.
