Thread: Lookin for lowering springs

any links as to where we can get hypercos or roadmagnets? i've looked and got nothing. are these only available on group buys?

I got my roadmagnets on a group buy on the other forum. You will just have to look in both places to see if any pop up for sale.

H&R springs are pretty decent. you dont want lower your car too much like the slammed out rice civics. anything above 2" is fine w/ good shock/struts

There are so many unadulterated bullsh*t posts of worthless, uneductaed, ignorant, "opinions" in this thread that it f*cking boggles my mind.

I am not even going to address all the "crap opinions" from clueless people. Who gives a flying f*ck what the next ignorant bastard thinks? The blind leading the gawd-damned blind directly into Suspension Hell On Earth.

THAT thread is the opinion of EXPERTS. Folks that have a clue, know what they are doing, have true expertise with our suspensions and therefore can properly evaluate and opinionate on suspensions.

The rest of you are either ignorant as hell, stupid beyond belief, or telling yourself you "love your suspension" because you cannot admit, or are unaware of, your stupidity in buying CRAP suspension components.

Read the thread or ignorantly pontificate and have a circle-jerk on that which you know NOTHING about.

so basically the only place to buy the springs is for someone to give theirs up? SOMEONE GIVE UP your hypercos or road magnets!!!

haha this guy gettin all pissy, i think it was a good idea you put that together, way to go you. i just think it rides pretty decent to me, who cares what other people think or say and i never said mine was that great but i myself like it.

Dude, Shawn's right in so many ways. What he compiled is not just opinions, but facts from other FAR more experienced owners than ourselves. You don't have to like what he has to say, but you should take heed, what he put out.

You may think it's fine, and you like it, but your suspension will hate you for it, and eventually you'll be replacing lots of components, because the suspension cannot handle it.

If you want springs only, Road Magnet or Hypercos are the only choice you should concider. If you use ANY other spring, your ride will be harsh (bouncing everywhere) and your struts will go to sh!t (even with ANY aftermarket struts) in no time.
