The USDM hazard and defog appear to be the same as the ADM/JDM. So we would only need the bezel with card holder. I'm assuming it screws in the middle like the USDM one? I can't tell from the pics. Oh, and is your cupholder spring loaded? Do have have to push it in for it to come out? The USDM is cheesy...just slides in and out.
