You take the driver wiper off and spin the passenger wiper
up some on the stud so it will wipe the entire glass.

Common issue with b14's having this linkage going out, especially when in areas of high rain. Nissan wants like 40 bucks, rock auto, 5-7 bucks . so fix that wiper. Without it only the passenger side wiper works.
