Blk or Orange???

Need some advice....Since im goin back to the stock look....Should I paint the side skirts aka rocker panels blk or paint them the color of the car???

I am almost positive that orange 200 used to be blue. I have an old pic of one with those same skirts and fender signals. Any idea if the car was repainted from blue to orange?
