No pics but I had the candy blues on my black SE-R. Hub adapters can be used like a big spacer. look at ebay

Naw, thats for a removable steering wheel.

He means these
4 Lug 100mm To 4 x 100mm Wheel Adapters / Spacers 1? | eBay

1 inch is pretty big spacer lol. pretty sure you gonna want extended Nismo studs. just go with a 32mm offset and ou should be ok, then if u need to. go with a smaller than 1 inch spacer for flushness

I dunno J mags on a b14 just sounds like a weird combo because theyre mugen replicas. However if you really want to you can go with the drag j mag look a likes, they have ones with a lower offset so they shouldn't be as sunk.
