Interests for intercooler kit for 200sx???
I'm really debating on making a intercooler kit for the 200sx with a t25 set up over the summer. It would cost more than an eBay kit but be a direct bolt on with ac.
Interests??
Will be a few months tho cuz I will need to do it on my 200sx then buy everything again and remake it.

I will most likely make sure it has a flange for a bov also.
Maybe use a Mishimoto intercooler...

Idk what's your opinion?

Goal is to keep it under 400 bucks to buy.

I believe the intercooler I wanna use maxes at 22 psi but as t25 set up it won't be seeing that many pounds I don't believe.

Thoughts?

And i believe jyg intercooler kit costs 800.

I think it is possible for sure, especially if you already have the tooling or access to it. Is it the Mishi intercooler? With that warranty it would sell it easy I would think. I would look in to a GTiR setup as I know people like @speedricer could use one.

The mazdaspeed guys spent under 300 and managed to come up with a setup on their car.

Yea the mishi intercooler is what can bring up price a lot tho. I can get it non named brand but no warranty.
But I have a choice of using the gtir kit or just intercooler piping and coming up with my own way.

300 to 400 seems like a fair price to sell for someone helping the community out on half a price a kit than jyg.

Agreed. Plus, as far as pricing goes, we do have some of the best bang for buck vehicles. Considering the price of crap for an STi or BMW, just a flywheel/clutch setup for those is almost 4x the price for something similar on a B/N chassis. I think $400 especially for the volume will be a good price.

I dont need a whole kit, i just need a pipe made to run it down over the cross memeber instead of running down thru my windshield wiper fluid res spot so i can put that back and get my over flow to sit back in its original place

Yea we are lucky for a cheap Nissan for sure. Costs to piece a turbo together is cheap until the intercooler kit lol but if there's more interest then I'm so game to get this done.

Well I do know when I make this intercooler kit that it will keep everything in it's stock spot.

Well if you can make me a pipe off the turbo down behind the rad fans so i can run my pipe by the cross member instead of down the fluid res hole, i'd be down for that piece
