Thread: B15 coilovers on b14??

I was wondering can b15 coilovers fit on a b14 since they are almost the same set up, and i know the rear hat is different, can i put a b14 rear hat on the rear b15 coilovers?

front and rear mounts are different. depends on brand coilovers, yes.

Front mounts are much smaller and don't have room for camber adjustment. Can't use oem front or rear hats with coilovers, without serious modification, because stock top hats are build for much larger springs. You can buy new top hats from the coilover manufacturer, but what ever money you are saving buying used will be spent on getting them to work right.

ok what do you guys think about ksport kpro coilovers?

then you would need Ksport cambers plates and shock mounts. so what every price you getting it for plus $400.00

@JR20DET notice the Tein rear springs are bigger, thus fit on stock B14 top mounts. AFAIK Tein required you to use stock front and rear top hats.



@JR20DET That's the hidden cost that always gets you, buying piece mail parts from coilover manufacturers is $$$. It's always cheaper to just buy the whole setup.

I was also looking at Ksport kpro coilover and was asking what do you guy think about them? i heard good view on them but has anyone used them on there b14
