Where to get a sunroof seal?

So my b14 has a leaky sunroof. Yesterday I pulled the entire unit out and clened the drain tubes and tried messing with the seal to get it to work right, but when I have the sun roof closed there is a gap between it and the car. I cant seem to source a new seal. Can anyone point me in the right direction? I would really like a new one instead of a junkyard find.
