Whats up with the 200sx power windows?
.Every one I have even been in or tried is jumpy...WTF? were they like this when new?
Should I just bite the bullet and get a new regulator assembly from GregV to fix this for good?

I've just spray some lithium grease on the rails every once in a while. Seems tohelp. Or grease

Mine does it too.... And no, they didn't come like that when new. It hasn't bothered me enough to look into fixing it, but maybe your's is worse than mine.

i use singer oil and changed the power window cable with brake cable of a bike. hehe

Try blowing out the with air the rails and also check the condition of the window glass run .
Sometimes I've seen when the glass run Trim is old it cracks towards The bottom causing that drop when it goes all the way Down because it runs out of the trim.,
