getting ready to get wheels and tires, what is the highest/lowest you can get i have 98 200sx without having to do custome work to the fenders? I was told if i get 16x7's with a 40mm offset thats to agressive for my car and will have to do custom fender work. so what would be the safest i am not trying to do custom fender work. thanks

I ran 16x7 35 offset on GC coilovers with no issues rubbing fenders.

I have 7x17 wheels with 215-45 tires for track use. I don't remember the offset. They fit close to the front strut towers (hyperco springs), but don't rub on anything.
