Help removing rear struts!!
Hey whats up guys Im haveing a hell of a time trying to remove my rear struts on the b14..I loosened up the 17mm bolt that holds it in by the brakes and I got it 3/4 the way threw the hole but cant get it all the way out..Is there a secret to this its really starting to piss me off. I even jacked up the strut from the bottom to try and straighten out the bolt but no luck..any help would be great

Try putting a jack under the axle and take some of the weight off of the bolt. When I did mine, they just screwed all the way out.

^^ try that first..and i know it may seem like nothing is happening..but put the socket with the ratched back on the bolt and keep loosening it while putting the bolt between two fingers and try pulling it out at the same time.

I love intelligent questions.

And most of all, educated suspension purchases and happy results.
