Be careful which shop you pick. The beam has to be shimmed inside so the sway bar (internal to the beam) gets bent at the same time as the beam. Also, the shims prevent the beam from kinking during the bending process. The beam has to be overbent so that it springs back exactly at zero toe. I have never heard of anyone doing this except for a shop in SoCal and Steve Foltz who built his own setup.
Best guess would be 4 hours of rack time for a shop doing this for the first time. At $100 per hour, that's $400, if you can find a shop willing to try.
BUT IT IS A NECESSITY TO MAKE THE B14 HANDLE WELL.
You can run track days without it and try to dial out the understeer by other means. Definitely do not increase the size of the front swaybar. Put in ES bushings for more crispness, but a larger bar will give you more understeer.
