Where did you guys purchase the seal? I'm having the same issue with my sr16 box. I assume the seal would be the same as the de box.

No problem, the only hard part was the roll pin but if you have a vice it would be easy, I just filed one end to get it started and hit it with a sledge til it was flush with the top of the linkage bracket, no more leaking transmission fluid!
