Thread: Need photos of your trunk setup

Im thinkin of tuckin my engine bay and running my battery to the trunk. The issue is how to setup my trunk to look good.

so if you have your battery in your trunk along with your subs throw photos up pleaze!

3 12"s in a 200sx interesting

Its cool to have some good loud music in a car, but three 12 inch subwoofers in a 200SX!? I mean, I have two 12's and its already too much for me at times. But like the comment above...this too should be interesting!

lol i love it loud, my zx2 i build a custom fake floor for 1 in the spare location then had 2 in a custom box. no photos as when it got done the same week i ended up having a deer run in front of me. had em in a fake floor setup of my mx6 also had em in my camaro in a custom box where the spare went that i never got to finish but still sounded good.

just havin issues figure out the setup for this car. im a electronica guy

Back when I wanted to do all that I was gonna use 2 shallow mount 12s which have only a 3 inch depth and make a hidden enlcosure shaped like this with the subs facing down underneath and a little leg at each corner right up against the back seat almost flat to the trunk. wrapped in trunk matching carpet.


5 inches high then the middle comes down flat then another 5"x14"x14" square section.

that seems like a nice idea

i do know on the driver side where that space is behind the wheel imma hang my amp there like its floating use 3 fans behind it to help keep it cool

Bro. Two 12 inch Kickers barely fit with room. I think I could still fit a battery back there, but 3 12s will be way too much. Want a picture of my setup?

I still have a good amount of space in my trunk. Just enough for a battery.
