Just joined the B14 community
Well after having a B13 for a few months, it decided to blow its head gasket on me. So after having it on the market for a few weeks, a mechanic called and said he wanted to buy it. He came by in a 200sx SE-R and was looking over my B13. He mentioned he was selling his B14 and said he'd trade me if I came up with at least 900 on top. So I went to work, got myself a little loan from a friend for 900 bucks, and here we are. I got the car.

1995 200sx SE-r

Rebuilt SR20DE (with about 85,XXX on it)
192XXX on the chassis
New radiator
Fresh OEM clutch and throw out bearing
JDM TYTE NISMO FLOOR MATS
Fuel Killswitch

And that's pretty much it...for now. I'll have a new job in a few weeks, so once I get that, I'll get some minor bolt ons.

Here are some pics:

On dat Crown Royal shift boot status son.

Only major interior problem. Need to find me a headliner.

All in all, this car is in pretty damn good condition. Front is a little rough, but it came with a lip already on it so I'm happy.

Glad to join the B14 section of this forum. Hopefully I'll make some friends down here in SFLA. I'd love to go to some meets.

I would've, but I didn't have time for a swap. I'm in school so it's hard to do. Plus that was my only car. I have to share it with my mom too so yeah. I think I got a good deal. Plus my classic had rust pretty bad. Plus I've always wanted a B14. And now I've owned and driven 3 different B Chassis cars - a B13, B14, and B15.

Its 7 bucks plus 5 shipping to fix that windshield wiper. its the metal transmission peice under the cowl that needs to be replaced. They brake alot on our cars and i HATE seeing it lol. When i bought my car back the guy had done the same thing.

You mean add another wiper? lol

He has the infamous "Ricer Wiper" sigle wiper coversion
that was cool when bodykits and wings were..

You take the driver wiper off and spin the passenger wiper
up some on the stud so it will wipe the entire glass.

Actually, you do that on the b14 when the wiper metal transmission bar breaks under the cowl. Ive seen 3 b14's that have that done, that have the same part break, which is a 7 dollar part online because the drivers side wiper stops working, so you have to do that with the passenger side one to just clear your window.

See when i bought my car back, the wiper transmission / metal bar thing was broken off inside. Its a known recall that nissan no longer fixes on our cars, the lil rubber boots get water inside them, get un lubed and then one day just pop off. no way to fix other than to get another part., Nissan wants like 40 bucks, but you can find them online for like 7 and cheaper. Alot of b14's in areas where u use your wipers alot have this issue.

Yeah. The entire driver's side motor is gone I think. I'll get it fixed. Would I be able to find the part on Rock Auto?

More Information for DORMAN 602004

Theres the part. Its not a motor. You open the hood. Pull off the plastic cowl. And that part known as a 200sx wiper linkage / transmission hooks to the passenger side where the motor is. Then connects to the driver side windshield wiper arm, and there you go fixed. 5 bucks on rock auto, 10 after shipping.

See i knew what the problem was because its a common b14 problem, not some honda ricer modification. Were not honda guys, and actually like to SEE out of our windows when it rains

And welcome.

RockAuto Parts Catalog

Theres the link for a 98 one, I tell ya thinks though, its a pain in the ass to put on, they clip on very hard, so they dont come off easy. But its all due to a nissan defect that they pop off in the first place.
