Its gotta have a lip on it thats why. Putting a lip on it fixes it imo

Ive never really liked the 98 front, but I do like the 95-97 grill/headlights on the 98 bumper. I dont think there is a lip for the 98 bumper. Ill stick with my Stillen lip

The lip has to be molded around the 98 bumper. They don't make any bolt up lips for the 98 bumper.
