Any thoughts?
So I have a 98 200sx se-r. It is my first sr20 and unfortunately due to my had condition I was forced to get an automatic. This car is 100% daily driver and I just want to be able to surprise some people if I choose. I have an idea on what I want to do. (Mostly bolt-ons) I was wondering if anyone knows of anything special that I should be looking for being as I have an auto. Any parts that will or won't work especially good on my auto? Any help would be awesome. Thanks.

Start with a g20 ECU and set your timing up to 17 degrees. (or more if you don't mind running premium gas). Give it a good tune up using all OEM parts. Search this list and the other one for help with the auto trans. There are a few around here.

Just having a car with a 7500 rpm redline will surprise people and equal it to most. I like the way the Short ram air intake make it sound and adds some power.
I also have an auto because I do a lot of city driving.

Does the b14 auto have that lil selector for the tranny like the b13 auto. Where you can select normal shifting, and then power shift for a higher rpm shift limit. I know my 93 auto did, i thought that was so awsome lol.

No, I had a b13 NX2000 and a 200SX SE-R both didn't have that. I do know what your talking about though because our infinity g20 had it

Looking for advice on headers. Nothing too crazy just reliable and a little hp would be great.
