would you be making them just a few inches tall? just the height of the spot?

i think that would look best, and would probably be interseted.

Pending some 3d models I would be interested. PA doesn't have front tags

ill make a solidworks model when I get a little time. Probably will make it out of 1/8" 6061 aluminum.

I think letters cut all the way through would look best, raised or engraved may be hard to see. Engraved will be easiest and raised will be hardest.

i agree all the way through would be best, engraved would be next, raised i think would look silly.

I just updated the first post with some CAD models. I'm not really feeling the stencil look, plus it would be more costly to achieve. Engraved is probably easies and least expensive. I may be able to do these in the $20 range. Let me know what you guys think, any suggestions are welcome.

Does anyone know what the font on the forum logo is?

I like the cut in but not through ones, they could be filled with a colored epoxy or paint easily
