I would say try an internet seach and you may find most of your answers. I've heard alot of issues with there service. Parts is a different story.

^^ yea I've searched them and came up with the same thing... I wanted to buy their e-manage ultimate pnp harness but idk...

Do not use them... that is all.

i bought a oil feed line for my turbo an i didnt have any problems with them

my friend sent out his harness to them for re wireing it for his avenir to run in his b15..i think bout 4 months went by..no update no contact nothin..when he finally gets the harness back its all cut up..taped..no soldering..he wired it up in his car and nothing worked..sent it out to his boy josey found mad wires loose and mis matched....

ditch the emanage and get a real EMS

So I've been told but I don't have "real ems" money... jgy has some nice stuff and services on their site but I won't chance it too much bad reviews compared to good ones I always wanted to get stuff but was to scared to be one of the ppl that get suckered...
