Well, just paid a visit to the paint shop (They called and said the lip wouldn't fit the bumper). Turns out, the guy was trying to put it on upside down
I showed him how I wanted it, then noticed that it's not exactly a perfect fit. On the bottom, there is a bit of a gap, say 1" from the corners of the bumper cover, to the bottom of the lip. I told him to make it fit as well as possible. His painter started speaking spanish, and was completely surprised when I responded to him in English "I know to be careful while driving, so as not to ruin the paint on the lip." He didn't think I understood what he was saying, in that he thought I was going to ruin the paint on the lip not even a week after getting it installed.
Anyhow, the owner stated that everything should be done by Friday afternoon. They've already prepped the items, and they were getting ready to put it in the booth.
