If you want to do it right try some kitty hair fiberglass. That will fill the gaps nice. That's what my plan was before I traded up.

I actually figured out what to use lol. Its quite creative, Going tot he wrecking yard tomorow to get more, but its black window gasket material, Same thing i used to fill gaps ont he back window visor that was on the car, the stuff will go over, fill the gaps nicesly, and look good. I had a lil left and tried it outside and it looked freaking great. I just dont have enough, grabbing a razor blade and scaveging the gasket material off the 2 200sx's they ahve there tomorow. And yah wayne im glad i didnt give up, ive been workign on it slowly the last few months in the garage, i was really dissapointed when i fell on it due to my leg and drilled right through her and the lip all the way , but i filled it up and sanded and painted it as much as possible, looks better than it did. I put it on a lil higher than you had yours, and cut it a lil different.

you've made some SE-Rious improvements since the last time i saw her. good work!
lose the late 80's/early 90's vinyl bra though. imho, it breaks up the lines of the car. a small piece of 3m clear will protect as well and be nearly invisible. plus you don't have to be concerned about moisture being trapped under it and fading the paint as it bakes in the summer sun.

Its actually the reason its on. Discoloration, rust, and dents/chips int he hood. Trust me, it looks better with the bra on LOL. Its why the thing never comes off. I have the cf hood in my closet, i need to get it painted this summer, since i will run the hood durring summer time. I like the vents and how much cooler the engine bay runs durring the summer with that hood.

Mae were do you got that cover of the hood and what is the name and cost $$?
