Thread: Bought back my old ser

For very very very very very cheap lol. Saw it on craigslist, they got it at a auto auction, and i picked it up from them for very cheap. Ill have pics up later. Tranny is popping out of third. I was goign to buy talon's se-l, but the guy i sold my truck to screwed me over money wise, and im still fighting on that. The weird thing about the tranny popping out of 3rd, if you shift in 3rd, you can decel down a hill with no problems, it only pops out when u put on the gas. Has nice tsw wheels now, but someone curbed the front right why when u put new wheels on do you curb them? and they took off my custom mesh grille i made 4 years back for those of you who remember. Interior smelt of mold like someone left the moon roof open, and my nice double din i installed was gone. But for what i got her back for, shes going to be worth it fixing it back up. Its not every day you buy back your old car. She still drives great, other than the tranny and the bearing in the tranny being loud.

Ya and the guy tore off the damn lip. I put so much work into that lip, fitting it, cutting it, filling it in in places, just for it to be ripped off. And the sunroof and window deflectors were torn off. WTF.

So i remade a mesh grill last night and put it back on, looks alot better, even better once painted. Put stereo in and fixed a shit load of wiring issues on her. I had the foglight mod done, bastards clipped the wire so low i cant even get to it now so still no foglights, bastards. I tried connecting it, and i could hear the relay click on and off, but no fogs turning on? I didnt see any other wires clipped, and the fuse is good so hmm. Its coming together, and constant fabreeze the interior to get rid of the mold smell.

Alex if he installed the new speakers was a idiot 2. Only ONE was working. nice new infinity speakers were put in, but all the wires were just twisted on so they fell right off. She can be driven at night now though, and has a stereo so wooh

That's the old ricer one wiper mod, I haven't seen that in forever the honda boys used to love it.

See i thought he did the honda mod, lol but actually he was to freaking lazy to fix the wiper. That stupid recall shit happend and broke on the drivers side. So instead of going to the u pull it, and fixing it, nope lets just give it one arm. It pisses me off every time i look at that lol. It will eventually be back to looking alot like what she used to, i plan on completly darkening her out this time and changing out the halo to the other nice black headlights with some hid's. Halos are cracked up from him not maintaining stuff sad when people dont take care of their stuff

THanks to jt. I spent hours last night re hacking up a grill to make a mesh grill, its almost done, not as highly built as the last one. The last one was thick metal that could take a freaking giant rock and not even dent the metal, this one is just going to be cheap plastic. Then im going to make a new lip. I plan on going to the u pull it at the begining of the year. Ill be grabbing the parts to fix the windshield wiper, a tailight and re darkening all the tails. A new lip. Then ordering new ventshades and a sunroof deflector. One thing that really really sucks! I dont know if any of you remember, i had that lil lip like bug deflector on the hood, very rare for the 200sx, you never see the damn thing. He pulled that off sigh. Why all the hard to find shit did he destroy and rip off?
