Thread: What Did You Do To Your B14 Today?

Finally got my new wheels and summer tires! Lowered the car and a quick wash. Big help in choosing and good advice after hours of searching on this forum.

This weekend i installed a new painted Valve Cover and a 20V Header with a 3" Downpipe.

This is how the 20V looks against the SSAC.

Went to Ace Hardware and bought assorted sizes of M5x.8 Allen head screws... to go with a rare 20 year old NIB Nardi/Personal steering wheel I picked up recently.



The horn button was lost, so I had to source a period correct Personal one from another source... until that shows up, it has my old school Nismo horn button on it.

Edit, the period correct Personal one came in... Not sure which I like with this wheel. Here it is along with second pic of my 80's OEM Nissan horn button.

What quick release/hub did you go with? I would like to do this in the near future and was wondering which one to buy? Thanks in advance.

It's an NRG quick disconnect (2.0) along with NRG short hub. I also have a spacer between the wheel and hub, but that's not required... I plan to do a write up when I install it. So far I like it. I have several wheels I'd like to change out as the mood suits, which is the only reason I went with a quick disconnect. If I only had one, I would have gone for a fixed momo hub and been done with it.

Don't be to to disapointed in it.

Had a screw removed from my right rear BFG Rival tire (and $30 from my wallet). At least it was able to be repaired... The tires only have about 1k miles on em. Love em btw.
