I know this is the wrong place for this but this thread sees alot of action and I didn't know where to correctly post this question.... So I am guessing that the lower hole is for a low port egr valve but I don't need it because I will use the other one. I am trying to come up with a way to plug that hole and I have been to every hardware store and parts store and even a place called fastenal that deals mainly in bolts. Welding is my last resort. Help me find a way to make this happen.

IIRC... there is a civic oil drain plug that will fit. Post this up again in the general section and you will have better luck.

I believe the purpose of that hole is for AIV on earlier models.

Thanks alot man. I will probably end up having a bolt made at my machine shop. I really like this header. Nice 4-2-1 that is ceramic coated.
