Painted the valve cover, then changed the fog light bulbs. The bulbs were fun.

whats up guys im new to this sr20 site and have a few pics and a few questions to ask.

Little Back story on how i came about getting my current car, I noticed this 96 200sx for sale in my area and decided to buy it, paid 1600 for the car and it came with a gtir swap almost finished. After fixing all the vacuum leaks I could find and fixing the major exhaust leak I took it for a spin, It was making 0 boost and staying on vac side of the boost gauge. I pop the hood when i get back home and noticed the valve cover was leaking alot of oil. so I changed the gasket

The person who started the swap used a greddy oil catch can and i noticed this when i took the cover off

I guess that was rtv silicone and a failed fix. Other then that looks pretty clean to me, so I reinstall everything and go thru and re tighten all the boots and my charge pipes let the rtv i used on the gasket (with new gasket) cure for a few hours and I take it out for a spin.....still the same outcome. the BOV is recirculated but i can hear it when i press the clutch in cause its loud. So I pull in and pop the hook and let it cool down a bit then go on another search for vacuum leaks and i find this plugged up but just hanging down by the exhaust.

So my question is what is that ^^^^^^ and does anyone have a vacuum diagram for it.
