We had a blizzard come through here last weekend and it dropped 10 inches of snow. I threw my stock wheels with newish 185/60/15 Blizzack WS80s on and it was a beast. Heavy snow? No problem! Ice at slow speeds? Total traction! Ice at speed? Unless I purposesly tried to make them slip, again, no problem!
We don't get a lot of snow here in Virginia, so I'm always amazed when I get a chance to drive the SE-R in it, just how great of a winter car it is. If I didn't have it lowered on Road Magnets and CSKs, it would be an even better winter beater.
