My car hates the cold as well. It was in the negatives last night. Was -4F until a few hours ago... It is now 1F

well i havent been able to take advantage of it yet, i spun a rod bearing, put 20w-50 oil in for break in, hit some bumps and snapped crossmember bolts, not driving that yet,

but i am getting 17mpg in a 5.7 v8 88 cadillac fleetwood brougham, besides having to fill it up every 3 days at $80 a tank

Colder denser air.... But there gets to a point where your car will not like it. My old B14 did pretty good until it got below zero and then it would make a bunch of noise at me.

Same here the colder the faster it feels. although Elevation makes it truly feel like a small 2.0

unfortunately mine isn't running. didn't drive it for a week and it was stuck in cold weather. went back to it and now its not even cranking over. when i try to crank it, it doesn't make a crank noise. its like turning the ignition to ON and leaving it sit there. never had this problem before. my bro's b13 did the same thing. the only dif is that he drives his on a daily basis, and i just drive my work truck now. i tried jumping the b14 and even throwing the battery charger to crank mode and still no success. whats weird is that I can throw it in 2nd gear and do a push start, but after i leave it sit and warm up, shut it off, then try to crank it again....FAIL. no crank....
