yessir but have yet to see them on a car, im skeptical about them. I still think the two piece JDM Black housing crystal clears are the best looking.

H4 H/L Bi-Xenon HID Bulb for replacement 4.3-12K 2 PCS - $27.99 : Car Parts Lights
I have them in my 510, and i had them in my tsuru headlights on my b13 ser. They direct the light in the bulbs up, so they hit the top of the reflector and reflect back on the road. Stops scattering and everything from hapening. You will have to make them fit in yoru housings like i did mine since they are supposed to be for h-4's, but trust me it works.

It seems that they are just terrible at throwing a beam. I used the original bulbs and they are the same as the HID'S just dull. Sigh seems like I have to get rid of them and go back stock or try the 2 piece black housing instead and hope they light well.

I have pics up of my car with them in somewhere. Here they are. The normal bulbs that come with them lock into place, but i broke one of my bulbs so i had to buy a extra set lol so i have a extra set of of the metal pieces left. The blubs slide in. Prevent most of the light form going down, and reflects it up into the lense making the lense place onto the right area of the ground, instead of spreading the light EVERYWHERE!. Heres a pic.

You can see what i mean in the pics. These are jsut cheap halo healights from ebay, and it keeps form heating the lense up to much, and makes the light look correct. Nice and bright
