just put em in the oven at like 250 for about 7 minutes and when u take em out you can pry the lens off. then you just tape off the area you dont wanna paint and hit it with some paint, i believe i used some high temp black. then i rebaked mine to heat up the adhesive again and added a little more and pressed the cover back on. its really easy.
