Put suspension on first, it is very gratifying. Its more fun taking turns at a higher speed than going in a straight line at a higher speed. At least to me it is, everyone is different though...

just bake your headlights in the oven and take em apart, paint those same areas as pictured above black, reassemble and enjoy, and dont forget to use a headlight restoration kit so u can actually see what youve done, or buy those headlights from liu or dick. i painted mine and they look like this. dont mind the hood its gettin sanded

Wow. Those are the only good 200sx's i've seen in my life.

honestly; this car doesn't look good to begin with. As far as cosmetics go, it's an uphill battle. I call my car 'bag it and tag it'... cuz everything is good except the looks.. lol.
