It's time to adjust that cable. It's real simple. Remove the air box and the adjustment is right there.

if you adjust the cable all the way and and it still grinds. add a spacer to the bracket or buy a new cable. if you end up buying a new cable make sure you buy a oem cable. any other cable will fail after some time.
