Those parts will not sell more then $100. i say maybe 60-80. and 20 shipped. still your losing 100 for a sell like that.

going to file a claim during lunch. got a email back stating he would refund me the part but not the shipping then he questioned the info a sent him... told hold i just send him info with matching part#s and a picture of the part that show its for a mx3. hes trying to dispute it after he told me he was wrong.

seems like he needs the money and doesnt want to let it go. its his part and the number and info are correct. why does he think your lieing about it? take a pic of the part side ways flat and show him the pic that i posted and tell him do they look the same. he needs to give back all of it. he did the same thing to me.

i told him all the info that was giving on the details shows that these were offical nissan parts and was not the case once i got them in my hand. he wont win this at all.

It aint about him winning. He can take the money out of his paypal account and run while he's stringing you along with these answers. File with your CCC/bank. The longer you wait to file, the longer you'll wait to get your money back.

claim has been filed. i gave the guy a day to get this handled and seems that he wants to give me the go around. just filed a claim with paypal. i work at a call center and alway on the phone so dont have time till after work to file one with my bank. joe when i file with my bank just tell them the date and amount of the item and tell them i want to dispute that transaction?
