New headlights?

Has anybody seen these yet? These are new to me but they are alright..

New to me also...

Seem like the typical ricer halo horrible beam pattern crappy electronic parts headlights...but at least they are one piece!

Some black housings might have the possibility of being decent with a retro-fit done.
