Yep, that's why I already have the 3rd brake light (off a base 200) once I remove the spoiler. Just have to mod the speaker shelf for it to fit (screws onto the metal under the shelf).

That's crap! Who are they to tell you it has to be there?! What if a vehicle doesn't COME with a 3rd brake light!? You have to modify one to make it work??? Damn NJ...

the holes is already there and harness right because mine has the holes and the harness ready to plug in to the 3rd brake light

All cars made after 199? were required to have a 3rd brake light, the only way u can get away with it is if ur car was made b4 that law passed...
