Can I fit this muffler on the 200sx?

Yes, that muffler would have fit. That is the absolute maximum total lenth that you can run under that rear bumper. It would not be nessisary, but you could have always trimmed a inch or so from the end of the muffler for more clearance for the pipe bend.

Got this muffler put on. Fits perfectly. No issues. Also, doesn't really need a tip either.

Any pics? Also, just FYI, that's the one of the mufflers VRS uses on their systems. A sound clip/vid would be nice too.
