Thread: dipstick

My dipstick tube was loose the other day . I got it pushed down and back in but now it always seems loose.. Is there a trick or am I not getting it pushed all the way down??

Did you try flipping it the opposite way?

felt like it only went in one way notched or something....

I think those are pressed in and it will only go in one way since it is bent as well. I think he was talking about the dip stick itself and not the tube.
