Thread: SEL on, possible bad ground?

My check engine light has been on since I bought my 95. I just finished pulling the codes and got 3 sensors showing shorted or bad ground. My crankshaft position sensor, knock sensor and EGR solenoid sensor all show the same condition. I was wondering if those sensors share a ground? To me it seems highly unlikely to have all 3 sensors go bad. By the way I replaced the Crankshaft pos. sensor because it was broken but the code didnt go away.
Tune-up wise I did everything but ign. wires, cap and rotor since they are in good condition.
What do you think I should be looking at? is there a service manual only like there is for the B13?

check the sensors they are prob bad

So I found out my EGR solenoid and my Knock sensor are bad. Anyone know where to get a good sensor? A new one is about $140 but I really dont feel like spending that kind of money on a sensor Does it affect anything if I just ignore it

You don't want to ignore this kind of things, specially the knock sensor. Go into the WTB section and post what you need or search in the OEM part out sections for this parts. You can find this knock sensors for under $20 in the members FS area.

Ebay is your friend for knock sensors.
