Find one in a junkyard. You need to swap out the entire rear beam:

They do make kits but it is pretty expensive. Find a beam and swap it over, super easy to do.

You will save money in the long run if you swap over the beam, What I am curious about though is that do the Se brake lines drop right in or do you have to get new lines bent and installed.

The lines are the same...you need the se-r brake booster and master cylinder if you want it done properly. Did this on my base model, it's 5 bolts and then I would bleed the brakes at least twice. Don't bother trying to make this work on the 1.6 beam, the beam swap is really not that difficult and very beneficial. I noticed a huge difference even with old rotors and pads. Good luck.
