how to remove sunroof screen?
I hate my sunroof's sliding screen, it rattles and the previous owner ripped oof the fabric off it. I usually slide it in all the way and kinda wedge it tight.

Any way to remove it completely? I figure i'll limo-tint the sunroof to deal with the sun.

Sorry to say,you will have to remove the whole sunroof to get it out
Sux,I just did it for a friend on a b14.I removed the fabric and just painted it so It doesn't ever sag again and have to come out.

Have fun

I thought about doing this. But i just leave the shade slid back. You gotta drop the headliner and everything.

If it is like my G20 you just take the sunroof glass out (4 screws) and then pop the clips out of the rail (4 clips).

Hmmm,I didnt think of trying that.I couldnt see how the glass comes out
It does seem silly to have to drop the whole roof to get it out.

Yeah, I told my dad (who has been a nissan tech for 20 years) that I read online that you have to drop the headliner to get it out and he laughed at me.

The glass comes is held in the p11 with only 4 torx screws. Now that I think about it though I think he said it was different for the b13/b14.

if i remember right its only 4 10mm bolts holding the glass in there 2 on each side then the glass will fall down on you if you dont have a good grip, then unhook/bend/break the metal springs/plastic guides that connect the slider to the track

I did the healiner on my B14 some months ago and I took the shade without removing the sunroof. Is a pain, but it can be done. You just need to be very patient.
